As Director of Work Well Risk Management, Maureen provides clear, practical and defensible solutions to psychosocial risk. She is known for her ability to demystify legislation, translate regulatory expectations into effective systems, and design risk management approaches that are proportionate, evidence-based and fit for purpose. Her work supports organisations to reduce liability, meet officer due diligence obligations and create safer, more productive workplaces.

Maureen’s services include psychosocial risk assessments, governance and compliance reviews, consultation processes, and tailored executive and workforce training. Her approach is structured, methodical and grounded in real-world operational experience, ensuring outcomes that stand up to regulator scrutiny while remaining practical to implement.

In addition to her consulting work, Maureen is a qualified quality management systems auditor and an experienced educator. She has worked as a sessional academic with Charles Sturt University and as a teacher with NSW TAFE, delivering education in community services, mental health and safety. This academic background reinforces her evidence-based approach and her ability to engage senior stakeholders with clarity and authority.
